Minimal order time
In order to accommodate your requests to the highest standards we are only able to accept online orders at least 24 hours before delivery time. If you require catering in less than 24 hours please contact us at e-mail or phone number listed below. In the majority of cases we are able to fulfil your requests on a very short notice.
Cancellation Policy
Should Customer cancel an order earlier than 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time without a charge; Should Customer cancel the order within 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time Customer will be required to pay partially or in full depending on the order. Delivery Method and Timing
Catering orders are delivered directly to the aircraft mentioned in the Catering order or any other place explicitly stated in the Catering order. Catering orders are delivered by EFG Inflight Ltd. Personnel on date time designated as Delivery Date and Delivery Time respectively. Delivery note will be required to sign by a representative of the Customer as a proof of delivery.
Menu
Our menu was carefully designed by our Head Chef and reflects both experience gained over the years of service and suggestions received from our diverse array of our customers.
We welcome you to take advantage of our expertise and use the menu suggested. However, your choice is not limited by the menu. Please contact our Duty Manager should you have any dietary/allergic restrictions, religious affiliations or simply want to get something special. Remember, the only taste that matters here is yours!
Pricing structure
The prices given are per passenger. Simply order the number of units based on passenger count and leave the rest to us - every customer is unique and we consider many factors and plan each flight individually to deliver the best presentation. If you have any specific requirements to the presentation of the food, please leave a note in the Comments section.
Compulsory charges
An additional service charge will be applied to orders depending on aircraft size. The amount due in respect of the service charge will be displayed before customer confirms an order.
Additional Services
We provide additional services including, but not limited to laundry services, flowers & flower arrangements, delivery of local and international newspapers. Please make note should you require any additional services. As the system is not able to establish the cost of the additional services at the time of the order these are to be charged separately.
Data Protection and Security
EFG Inflight Ltd. respects your right to privacy and complies with obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003. Please click here to review our Privacy Statement. For security purposes we do not store credit card information. The information is captured directly by Realax Payments accredited with the AIS (Account Information Security) over secured 128 bit SSL connection to ensure the highest security standards.
