Garrett Landers of Garrett’s Butchers in Limerick is a man who has a culinary passion for the very best standards. With his wealth of creativity and display skills, he mastered his butchering skills during his time living and working in Australia and the Far East. Garrett chooses the farmers that he will work with very carefully, even agreeing the feeds and conditions for the animals in advance with the farmer. Sourcing his Aberdeen Angus Beef from County Cork and his poultry from Castlemahon in County Tipperary, it’s no wonder that this man has so many accolades and awards, including the Bridgestone Guide 2007 and Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals from Dublin Food Fare 2005. We are proud to be associated with Garrett and his team. His premises, the Dessert Gallery in Grove Island Corbally is a must for anyone who possesses a sweet tooth, and who enjoys an indulgent dessert every now and then! Eamon has been a Chef for over 20 years, and has travelled the world training with famous names such as Monsieur Paul. Eamon’s patisserie meets and exceeds customer expectations, with his elegant presentations, textures and taste sensations. He is passionate about high standards, and does not use artificial colours or preservatives, just the finest ingredients. Eamon and his team present 5 star desserts for home consumption daily, and understandably he has a loyal patronage of regular customers since he opened 2 years ago at the Dessert Gallery. He is also a wedding and celebration cake specialist, and can be relied upon to produce the “WOW” factor every time! |
