EFG In-Flight Catering has been in operation in Shannon Airport, Ireland since June 2007. Ean Malone, Fiona Barry and Ger Connolly, the company founders, have over 15 years experience in the in-flight catering business and operate on the ethos that quality, service and food safety is the foundation for continued success and growth.
We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our satisfied customers through providing expertise, quality and attention to detail in every food order we handle.
Our Business Aviation client base is ever expanding and we would appreciate your time to study our sample menus and perhaps consider EFG as an alternative to your regular caterer on your next transit through Shannon, Ireland.
Samples of all our menus designed and picked by our Head Chef, Danny Millar are included but all menus will be tailored to suit your clients’ needs and all requests not on our menus will be accommodated given sufficient notice. At EFG In-Flight Danny demands the best of produce from our suppliers and we always try to source the finest, healthiest ingredients possible to give you the finest of Irish and international cuisine.
Orders can be placed through your handling company in Shannon or directly with one of our Duty Management team, who will also take any enquiries, on a 24 hour basis on the numbers or email below. Or indeed one of our team will be available to meet your aircraft on arrival at any time without notice given our proximity of less than 0.5km from the apron entrance.
